Introduction:

This product has the characterastics of low thermal resistance and high radiation effectiveness. The theory is to use low resistance rate and high thermal conductive material to accelerate radiation. Under the temperature range of -40~200¢XC, the colloid doesn't cause the component to short-circuit or yellow due to temperature shock.
